CONTACT WITH FEDERAL AND STATE GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS
Penn State faculty and staff are not permitted to contact federal or state congressmen and senators and other government officials in their capacity as University faculty (e.g., through letters written on Penn State letterhead). Rather, they must contact the Penn State Office of the Special Assistant to the President on Governmental Affairs, 117 Old Main (865-6563) to request that the matters of faculty interest be handled by that office.
