Carter Elected Chair of Commission

Dan Carter, director of the Penn State School of Theatre and producing artistic director of Pennsylvania Centre Stage, has been elected chair of the Commission on Accreditation of the National Association of Schools of Theatre (NAST). NAST, founded in 1969, is the national accrediting agency for theatre and theatre-related disciplines. It includes approximately 135 schools of theatre, primarily at the collegiate level, but also including precollegiate and community schools of theatre.
