Hower to receive citation of excellence in music education

Eileen Hower, a Ph.D. student in music education, received a Citation of Excellence from the Pennsylvania Music Educators Association at their conference banquet in April. Mrs. Hower is also a middle school music teacher in the Central Columbia School District.
