'Any Swing Goes' at the Palmer Museum's Evening of Swing

The Palmer Museum of Art will hold an "Evening of Swing" at 7:00 p.m. on Saturday, March 19, in conjunction with the exhibition titled American Prints from the 1920s and 1930s. Guests will swing into the jazz era with a performance by the Dan Yoder Quartet and gourmet hors d'oeuvres created by the chefs at Wegmans.

"An Evening of Swing" is open to the public, and admission is free for this casual evening catering to all five senses. Curator Joyce Robinson will give a gallery talk on the evening's inspiration, American Prints from the 1920s and 1930s, which will be on display in the Palmer Museum of Art through May 22, 2005.
