Voice Faculty to Perform Their Favorite Songs

The seven-member Penn State voice faculty will get “up close and personal” as they reminisce and perform their favorite songs in a free public concert at 8 p.m. Friday, Sept. 7, in the Citizens Bank Theatre in the Penn State Downtown Theatre Center. Faculty members Susan Boardman, Richard Kennedy, Beverly Patton, Raymond Sage, Mary Saunders and Norman Spivey will perform folk songs, musical theatre favorites, pop songs, arias and classical repertoire, accompanied on the piano by Sue Haug, director of the School of Music. The concert will last approximately one hour.
