Landscape Architecture Design at Cornell University Featured in Exhibition in Rouse Gallery
November 15, 2007
An exhibition of images showing landscape architecture firm Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates’ work on Bailey Plaza at Cornell University is on display in the Willard G. Rouse III Gallery in the Stuckeman Family Building on the Penn State University Park campus through March 9, 2008.
The exhibit is organized by subject, with images arranged to provide both a visual narrative and to reflect the non-linear evolution of Michael Van Valkenburgh Associates’ design methodology. The firm has employed site visits, models, drawings and scale mock-ups in the ongoing project, which was begun in 2005 and is currently under construction.
