Choral Celebration at Harrisburg Campus on October 28

Choirs from several Penn State campuses will join together to perform in concert, 7:30 p.m., Wednesday, October 28, at the Sunoco Performance Theatre, Whitaker Center, Harrisburg campus. Led by Penn State Laureate Anthony Leach as Mster of Ceremonies, the free concert will feature performances by Penn State Harrisburg, O. David Deitz, conductor; Penn State Altoona, Bonnie Cutsforth-Huber; Penn State Berks, David McConnell; Penn State Erie, The Behrend College, Jason Bishop; and Penn State University Park, Lynn Drafall. The concert will conclude with all choirs joining together to sing Mendelssohn’s “Verheih uns Frieden” (Grant Us Peace) and the Penn State Alma Mater.

The concert has been financially supported by the administration and faculty of the Penn State Harrisburg campus.
